Bilingual Insurance Account Manager Overview
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Bilingual Insurance Account Manager to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. Key Responsibilities
- Develop leads and proactively schedule appointments to connect with prospective and existing clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services to meet those needs.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and communication.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to agency growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
- Previous insurance sales experience and active Property & Casualty (P&C) or Life & Health (L&H) licenses are preferred, but not required. Willingness and ability to obtain necessary licenses is essential.
- Background in sales (including outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing) is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas is an asset.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate effectively to customers from diverse backgrounds.
