Bilingual Front Office Assistant Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Front Office Assistant (Spanish/English) to join a respected insurance agency in Cypress, TX. This is a full-time opportunity for a reliable and customer-focused individual who is fluent in both Spanish and English. As a valued member of the agency team, you will provide essential administrative and front office support, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for clients and visitors.
Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, greeting guests and directing them as appropriate.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, fielding calls, answering questions, and appropriately redirecting inquiries based on customer needs.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely and secure processing of documents.
- Maintain and update policyholder contact information, such as phone numbers and email addresses, using in-house systems.
- Prepare, print, fax, or electronically send proof of insurance documents to customers as needed.
- Coordinate administrative tasks and office support activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
- Proven dependability and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Professional phone etiquette and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Must have access to a dependable vehicle for commuting to and from work.
- Ability to obtain Property and Casualty license as required by the agency.
- Ability to obtain Life license as required by the agency.
- Successful completion of a background check is required, ensuring a clean criminal history.
