Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform administrative and office support activities, including answering telephones, directing visitors, and managing in-house systems
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, greeting visitors and addressing their needs professionally
- Redirect calls or provide assistance based on customer requirements
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
- Update policyholder contact details, such as phone numbers and email addresses, in the agency’s systems
- Print, fax, or send proof of insurance documentation to customers as requested
- Support agency team members with various administrative and operational tasks as needed
- Ensure a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

- Must have access to reliable transportation for commuting to and from the office
- Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty license
