Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform a range of administrative and office support activities to ensure efficient operation of the front desk
- Field incoming telephone calls, direct visitors, and manage daily office communications
- Act as the first point of contact, assessing client needs and routing calls or handling inquiries appropriately
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely handling of correspondence
- Update and maintain accurate policyholder contact information, including phone numbers and email addresses
- Prepare and send proof of insurance documents as requested by customers, utilizing both print and digital communication methods
- Utilize in-house systems to manage client records and assist with routine office functions
- Consistently maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality with sensitive client data

Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Spanish or Polish is required

- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication abilities
