Bilingual Front Desk Associate - Summary
- The Bilingual Front Desk Associate is responsible for performing a variety of front office administrative and customer support tasks for an insurance agency. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced office setting and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to both English- and Spanish-speaking clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients, serving as the first point of contact for the agency.
- Field incoming telephone calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and respond to customer needs in both English and Spanish.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring documentation is routed efficiently.
- Update policyholder information such as contact details in agency systems.
- Prepare, print, fax, or email proof of insurance documents as needed for clients.
- Process client payments and perform outbound calls to follow up on inquiries or update client records.
- Maintain organized office records and support other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative support role preferred.

- Quick learner with the ability to navigate agency systems and multitask effectively.
- Must have reliable transportation for commuting to and from the office.
- Ability to obtain Property and Casualty license, as well as a Life and Health license, if not already held.
