Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English) - Summary
- Deliver world-class service experiences to customers in both English and Spanish
- Protect customer relationships and support agency growth through proactive service
- Ensure every customer interaction reinforces trust, retention, and agency reputation

Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer 50+ inbound customer calls daily, providing accurate and complete information
- Maintain at least 2+ hours of daily talk time to address customer needs
- Identify and refer cross-sell opportunities to the sales team
- Ensure 100% accuracy in policy servicing, billing, endorsements, and claims support
- Recognize and proactively address retention risks or coverage gaps
- Document all interactions and maintain precise records in CRM and internal systems
- Resolve customer and teammate inquiries or issues within 60 minutes
- Follow established service workflows and complete all assigned tasks promptly
- Monitor processes to prevent errors and ensure optimal customer experiences
- Collaborate with sales for seamless customer handoffs and transitions
- Participate in coaching sessions, team meetings, and process improvements
- Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and uphold company standards in every interaction
