Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish) - Summary
- Supports an independent insurance agency by providing bilingual (English/Spanish) customer service.
- Acts as a primary point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, policy changes, and claims.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service by responding to inquiries about insurance products, eligibility, coverages, policy modifications, transfers, claims, and billing.
- Educate customers about available insurance options using a needs-based review process.
