Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by addressing inquiries related to insurance policies, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing.
- Utilize a needs-based approach to educate customers on available insurance options and help them make informed decisions.
- Maintain a high standard of work ethic and demonstrate daily commitment to organizational success.
- Stay current with product changes, licensing requirements, technical advancements, and ongoing education within the industry.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent as required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve collective goals and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
