Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed – Summary
- Full-time position focused on customer service in an established insurance agency environment.
- Works closely with a referral-based client base, providing support in both English and Spanish.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking and English-speaking clients, delivering knowledgeable and courteous assistance on insurance-related matters.
- Respond to client inquiries, process service requests, and provide policy information and updates efficiently and accurately.
- Uphold agency standards for customer satisfaction by resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist with policy renewals, endorsements, and account changes as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client service and a positive experience for all policyholders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, services, and regulatory requirements relevant to Property & Casualty insurance.
- Leverage bilingual fluency to bridge communication and ensure all clients understand their coverage options and policies.

- Life & Health insurance license is a plus but not required.
