Bilingual Customer Service Representative – P&C License Required - Summary
- Support customers by addressing their insurance needs and providing information on policy coverages, claims, and billing.
- Work with a diverse client base, utilizing fluency in both Spanish and English to deliver clear and accurate communications.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and licensing requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships through regular follow-ups and attentive service.
- Respond promptly to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients on available insurance options.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of client interactions and activity reports for management review.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to success by consistently meeting or exceeding customer service standards.
- Stay current on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education relevant to the insurance industry.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve service processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and support agency initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English (bilingual proficiency required)
