Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Summary- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in both English and Spanish
- Deliver exceptional service and support to new and existing customers

- Establish and maintain customer relationships
- Follow up with clients regarding policy inquiries and updates
- Respond to questions about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing issues

- Schedule appointments efficiently
- Provide accurate, prompt, and friendly customer service at all times
