Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Summary- Full-time position supporting a well-established insurance agency
- Provide bilingual (Spanish/English) customer service and support
- Engage with customers to resolve inquiries, educate on insurance options, and maintain positive relationships

- Answer incoming phone calls and greet clients, providing a warm and professional welcome
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up with clients as needed to ensure satisfaction
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to questions about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients on available insurance options and recommend appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client service and effective problem-solving
- Assist in the processing of policy changes, renewals, and documentation
- Support customers throughout the claims process, ensuring clear communication and timely updates
