Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Summary- Provide exceptional customer service in both Spanish and English
- Serve as a primary point of contact for insurance-related inquiries
- Support the agency's mission to deliver outstanding service and build strong client relationships
- Work within a supportive, inclusive team environment that values diversity and professional growth
- Answer incoming calls and greet clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Establish and maintain customer relationships by following up as needed
- Respond promptly and accurately to questions regarding insurance coverage, policy changes, eligibility, claims, billing, and more
- Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based review process
- Process policy updates, transfers, and claim submissions as requested by clients
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve agency goals

- Must possess or be able to obtain a Property & Casualty license or Life, Accident & Sickness license
- Availability to work a flexible part-time schedule (Monday to Wednesday, with Thursday and Friday as needed, totaling 18–28 hours weekly)
- Preferred: Sales experience (inside/outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing)
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills
