Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop leads and schedule appointments to introduce appropriate insurance products and services
- Establish and nurture customer relationships through consistent and friendly communication
- Respond promptly to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing questions
- Deliver accurate, reliable, and personalized customer service to meet client needs
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Support business growth and client acquisition through proactive engagement

Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written communication)
- Previous customer service or office experience required
- Insurance sales experience preferred but not required
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses preferred; must be able to obtain if not already licensed
- Sales experience (inside or outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) is a plus
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and the ability to relate effectively to customers
