Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Summary- Serve as a primary point of contact for insurance clients, providing bilingual support in Spanish and English
- Assist with inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverages, claims, and billing
- Work in a collaborative, customer-focused environment with opportunities for growth
- Answer incoming calls and greet clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, conducting follow-ups as necessary
- Provide accurate and timely customer service by responding to inquiries about insurance options, policy eligibility, changes, transfers, claims, and billing explanations
- Utilize a needs-based review process to educate customers about available insurance products
- Document all customer interactions and update records as appropriate
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Support agency growth by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Base salary plus commission/bonus structure
- PTO, including vacation and personal/sick days

- Fluency in both Spanish and English (bilingual proficiency required)
