As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for achieving key service activity targets, including answering a high volume of inbound calls each day, maintaining substantial talk time, and actively supporting cross-sell opportunities. You will ensure every interaction is handled with accuracy and completeness, from policy servicing and billing to claims support and endorsements. You will also proactively identify retention risks and escalate them to the appropriate teams to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

This role emphasizes operational discipline and accuracy. You will be expected to acknowledge and resolve customer and teammate inquiries efficiently, maintain precise documentation in CRM systems, and execute service workflows with consistency. Collaboration is essential; you will communicate with teammates, sales partners, and leadership, contribute solutions, participate in coaching and process improvements, and uphold agency standards and culture.

To excel as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you must demonstrate personal and professional excellence, including high standards of accountability, adaptability in high-pressure situations, and a commitment to continuous learning. We are seeking candidates with at least one year of relevant industry experience (experience with State Farm is preferred but not required). While there is no specific educational requirement, candidates with active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are preferred. Physical requirements for this full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative position include the ability to work at a desk during standard business hours.
