Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond to 50+ inbound customer inquiries daily, providing accurate, timely, and courteous support in both Spanish and English.
- Maintain a minimum of 2 hours of daily talk time to ensure thorough client engagement and service.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and refer at least two products per day to the sales team.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in policy servicing, billing, endorsements, and claims support.
- Proactively identify customer retention risks or coverage gaps and escalate as appropriate.
- Maintain precise documentation and records in CRM and internal systems.
- Uphold response standards by resolving customer and team inquiries within 60 minutes or less.
- Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure seamless transitions and superior customer experience.
- Model professionalism, reliability, and positive energy in all interactions.
- Monitor and improve operational workflows, ensuring compliance and task completion.

Qualifications & Requirements
- At least one year of relevant industry experience in customer service, preferably within insurance or financial services.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
- Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses preferred; unlicensed candidates may be supported through the licensing process.
- No specific educational requirement; candidates are evaluated based on ability, drive, and character.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
