Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Serve as the first point of contact for Spanish- and English-speaking customers, delivering exceptional service through every interaction.
- Support retention and agency growth by ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying service needs, and escalating opportunities for cross-selling.
- Promote agency values of enthusiasm, discipline, excellence, ownership, alignment, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls (50+ per day) and maintain at least 2 hours of daily talk time.
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely service in areas such as policy servicing, billing, endorsements, and claims support.
- Identify potential retention risks, coverage gaps, or upsell opportunities and coordinate with the sales team as appropriate.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer and teammate inquiries or escalations within 60 minutes or less.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation in CRM and internal systems.
- Execute service workflows, ensure follow-up, and complete assigned tasks to standard.
- Monitor processes to prevent errors and proactively address any service issues before they impact the customer experience.
- Collaborate effectively with sales, leadership, and colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and agency growth.
- Participate actively in coaching, process improvements, and team meetings.
- Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and positive energy in all interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements
- At least one year of relevant customer service experience, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written).
- Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses preferred; willingness to obtain if not yet licensed, with company support.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- No specific education requirement; focus on will and skill. Training and coaching will be provided.
- Ability to work independently from a home office and travel quarterly as needed.
