Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for supporting customer relationships by providing accurate, efficient service in both English and Spanish. You will assist with policy servicing, billing, claims support, and cross-selling opportunities, ensuring every interaction strengthens trust and retention. Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ inbound customer calls daily, providing support in both English and Spanish
- Maintain a minimum of two hours of daily talk time with customers
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and pivot leads to the sales team as appropriate
- Ensure 100% accuracy and completeness in policy servicing, endorsements, billing, and claim support
- Proactively identify potential retention risks or coverage gaps and escalate as needed
- Resolve customer and teammate inquiries or issues within 60 minutes
- Maintain precise records in CRM and internal systems, ensuring data integrity
- Execute service workflows consistently and ensure all follow-up tasks are completed
- Collaborate with sales and other internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Participate in coaching, ongoing training, and team meetings to support process improvement
- Uphold company standards, demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude

Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both verbal and written, is required
- At least one year of relevant industry experience, preferably within the insurance sector
- Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred (or willingness to obtain with company support)
- Strong communication, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively
- Comfort using CRM and internal documentation systems
