Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Deliver world-class service experiences to customers in both English and Spanish.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer 50+ inbound calls daily, providing prompt and courteous assistance in English and Spanish.
- Maintain a minimum of 2 hours of daily talk time with customers to address inquiries and resolve concerns.
- Identify and refer cross-sell opportunities to the sales team.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in policy servicing, billing, endorsements, and claims support.
- Proactively identify retention risks and escalate as needed to appropriate sales team members.
- Resolve customer and teammate inquiries, escalations, and issues within 60 minutes or less.
- Keep precise records and documentation in CRM and internal systems.
- Consistently execute service workflows and ensure timely follow-up and completion of tasks.
- Monitor processes to prevent errors and maintain a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with sales partners for smooth handoffs and transitions, minimizing customer disruption.
- Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and process improvement initiatives.
- Uphold company standards, demonstrating professionalism and a positive attitude.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of one year of relevant industry experience, preferably in a similar customer service environment.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred, or willingness to obtain them with company support.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and listening skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and uphold high standards of accountability.
