Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Summary- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing service in both Spanish and English
- Support a well-established insurance agency with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly assistance to clients
- Answer incoming phone calls and greet clients in a professional manner
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, following up as needed
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing issues
- Educate customers about insurance options through a needs-based review process
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure overall customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to improve service processes and contribute ideas for enhancement
