Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering accurate and timely service in English and Spanish.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, supporting their needs and fostering loyalty to the agency.
- Educate customers about available insurance products and policy options using a needs-based, consultative approach.
- Support the agency's growth by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and proactive communication.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding insurance eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing questions.
- Utilize a customer-focused process to review and explain insurance options, ensuring clients make informed decisions.
- Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all interactions and documentation.
