Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Serve as a key liaison between clients and the agency, providing bilingual support in both English and Spanish.
- Offer prompt, accurate, and friendly assistance regarding insurance policies, claims, billing, and coverage options.
- Work as part of a collaborative team committed to exceptional customer experiences and continuous improvement.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships through proactive communication and attentive follow-up.
- Respond to client inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
- Educate clients on insurance products using a needs-based review process to ensure they understand their options.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and work ethic, striving for accuracy and timeliness in all tasks.
- Provide regular, detailed activity reports to agency leadership as required.
- Stay up-to-date with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and ongoing education.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and objectives.
