Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Summary- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing bilingual support in Spanish and English
- Enhance the customer experience by offering prompt, accurate, and friendly service

- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up
- Respond to insurance-related inquiries, including policy availability, eligibility, coverage details, billing, and claims
- Educate clients about insurance options using a needs-based review process
- Assist with policy changes, transfers, and clarifications as needed
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback
- Support the agency’s mission by delivering exceptional customer service at all times
