Bilingual Customer Service Representative Job OverviewWe are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English) to join our team in Ellijay, GA. Key Responsibilities- Develop leads and schedule appointments to identify and address customer needs.
- Market appropriate insurance products and services to prospective and existing customers.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by following up as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service in both Spanish and English.
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (bilingual proficiency required).
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to effectively relate to and engage with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
- Life & Health license (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
- Previous insurance sales experience or relevant licensing (Property & Casualty, Life & Health) is preferred, but not required.
- Proven sales experience in roles such as outside sales, inside sales, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
- Successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas.
