Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 per year (base salary plus bonus)

Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative, you will focus on developing new customer relationships and helping existing clients understand and expand their coverage. This role combines relationship building with performance-driven sales activity in a supportive and professional environment.
Responsibilities:

- Assist with policy applications, renewals, and adjustments
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and policy details

Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Are you good with people?
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Experience in sales, insurance, or customer service us helpful
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not required
- Previous experience in a State Farm agency is valuable
- Must be able to obtain insurance licenses (we provide support and cost assistance)
