Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and qualify leads through value-based conversations and proactive outreach.
- Schedule appointments and identify customer needs to recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by addressing inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Follow up with customers as needed to support retention and cross-selling initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required for effective communication with a diverse client base.
- Insurance sales experience and current Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) licenses are preferred but not required; candidates must be able to obtain these licenses as a condition of employment.
