Reliable personal transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance are mandatory, as the role may involve travel between retail locations. The Bicycle Assembly Technician position is a W2 employment opportunity featuring performance-based compensation, company health benefits eligibility after six months, and the potential for paid time off after four months, provided certain work hour averages are maintained.

The work schedule is flexible and may vary according to client needs, with shifts starting as early as 6am and ending as late as 7pm during the workweek.
