Your work will directly contribute to optimal sales performance and customer satisfaction by guaranteeing that all assembled products meet company quality and safety standards.

In this Bicycle Assembly Technician role, you will receive comprehensive training on assembling a wide variety of products, with a particular emphasis on bicycles. You will be responsible for preparing retail environments for high performance by making sure that items are built to specification, on time, and with careful attention to safety. You will utilize your technical skills and attention to detail daily, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, working independently, and contributing to a larger team effort.

The Bicycle Assembly Technician position requires individuals who are at least 18 years of age, can reliably lift over 25 pounds, and have previous experience in bicycle assembly. Successful candidates must be able to pass a background and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, possess a valid driver's license, and provide proof of auto insurance. You will need to have a smartphone with a working camera for invoicing and must supply your own set of bicycle assembly tools, including but not limited to 3/8 Drive Allen (hex) sockets/keys, a torque wrench, pedal wrench, diagonal cutting pliers, screwdrivers, a bike stand, air compressor, floor pump, and tire pressure gauge (or equivalent tools).

This is a performance-based, W2 employment opportunity, offering a competitive flat commission rate of 51% per item assembled. Team members averaging at least 30 hours per week become eligible for company health benefits after six months and paid time off (PTO) after four months. The work schedule is flexible, with hours varying depending on client needs—shifts may start as early as 6am and extend as late as 7pm, Monday through Friday.
