Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble various types and models of bicycles quickly and accurately, ensuring all components are installed correctly and safely.
- Follow all manufacturer instructions and company procedures for assembly and quality assurance.
- Inspect completed bicycles to ensure optimal performance, safety, and adherence to required standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, keeping track of tools and parts inventory.
- Complete necessary documentation and invoicing using a smartphone camera as required by company procedures.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding work progress, issues, or supply needs.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Capable of lifting at least 50 lbs as part of routine assembly tasks.
- Reliable transportation to and from job locations.
- Possession of a smartphone with a working camera for documentation purposes.
- Ownership of essential bicycle assembly tools, including but not limited to: 3/8 drive Allen (hex) sockets/keys, torque wrench, pedal wrench, diagonal cutting pliers, Phillips head screwdriver, flat head screwdriver, and bike stand.
- Mechanically inclined with demonstrated prior experience in bicycle assembly.
