- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company policies and manufacturer requirements.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding workflow and any assembly issues.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly assembly targets to maximize performance-based earnings.

- Ownership of essential bicycle assembly tools, including 3/8 drive Allen (hex) sockets/keys, torque wrench, pedal wrench, diagonal cutting pliers, Phillips and flat head screwdrivers, and a bike stand.
- Previous bicycle assembly experience is required; applicants should be mechanically inclined and comfortable working with their hands.
