The Behavioral Health Clinician (LICSW/LMHC) plays a critical role in providing comprehensive behavioral health services to individuals across the lifespan, including both adults and pediatric clients. This full-time position is essential to supporting clients as they navigate mental health challenges, addiction, and issues related to abuse. The Behavioral Health Clinician is responsible for advocating on behalf of clients, facilitating access to vital resources, and ensuring that all interventions support optimal mental health outcomes. As a Behavioral Health Clinician (LICSW/LMHC), you will be expected to approach each client interaction with empathy, professionalism, and ethical integrity. This position requires a Master’s degree in Social Work and a current professional license as either a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), as mandated by state law. Previous experience of at least one year in a relevant clinical setting is required. Behavioral Health Clinician (LICSW/LMHC) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to client needs
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions as appropriate

- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with regulations
- Work collaboratively with other clinical and support staff to coordinate care
- Support clients in crisis intervention and stabilization as needed

Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
- Current, valid professional license as LICSW or LMHC as required by state law
- Minimum of one (1) year full-time clinical experience in behavioral health
