The Behavioral Health Clinician (LICSW/LMHC) plays a critical role in providing comprehensive behavioral health services to individuals across the lifespan, including both adults and pediatric clients. This full-time position is essential to supporting clients as they navigate mental health challenges, addiction, and issues related to abuse. The Behavioral Health Clinician is responsible for advocating on behalf of clients, facilitating access to vital resources, and ensuring that all interventions support optimal mental health outcomes. Working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team environment, the Behavioral Health Clinician (LICSW/LMHC) upholds the mission, vision, and values of the organization, adhering to all compliance protocols and internal policies.

As a Behavioral Health Clinician (LICSW/LMHC), you will be expected to approach each client interaction with empathy, professionalism, and ethical integrity. This position requires a Master’s degree in Social Work and a current professional license as either a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), as mandated by state law. Previous experience of at least one year in a relevant clinical setting is required.
