Azure Solutions Architect - Summary
- Lead the architecture and implementation of enterprise-level Microsoft Azure solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement secure, scalable, and reliable cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure services.
- Lead complex Azure projects from inception through deployment and support, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, balancing innovation, security, and compliance.
- Oversee Azure infrastructure, including VNETs, NSGs, AKS, virtual machines, storage accounts, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Drive automation initiatives using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions.
- Design and manage enterprise Azure networking, hybrid cloud connectivity, and migrations from on-premises to Azure environments.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, security, and business stakeholders.
- Promote best practices for Azure architecture, security, performance, and cost optimization.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of enterprise IT experience, with at least 4 years in senior-level Azure cloud engineering or architecture roles.
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise with Azure infrastructure components such as VNETs, NSGs, AKS, virtual machines, storage, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Proficient in Infrastructure as Code and automation technologies (Terraform, ARM templates, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
- Experience designing and supporting enterprise Azure networking, hybrid cloud integrations, and on-premises to Azure migrations.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale Azure initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage delivery from design through implementation.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
