AV Integration Specialist - Summary- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive audio-visual integration solutions across diverse platforms and systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure optimal AV system performance and user satisfaction.
- Utilize advanced knowledge of integration platforms, APIs, and web services to streamline data flow and enhance connectivity.
- Support facility and energy solutions through the integration of innovative AV technologies.
- Install and configure a wide range of AV systems and components, including displays, projectors, sound systems, paging systems, and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot and service both analog and digital AV/PA systems to ensure consistent operation and user satisfaction.
- Set up and manage IP networks related to AV integration, enhancing the interoperability of connected systems.
- Work on construction sites, adhering to established safety protocols, and operate hand and power tools as required.
- Deliver superior customer service, addressing client inquiries and supporting management through effective verbal and written communication.
- Demonstrate quick problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation and time management for all projects and service calls.
- Travel to customer sites as needed, ensuring professional representation of the company.
- Lift and handle equipment weighing up to 50 pounds as part of installation and maintenance tasks.

- Minimum of two years of experience in audio visual, paging, IT, or a related industry.
- Proficiency in AV system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with APIs, web services, middleware, and ETL processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Certifications such as CTS, CTS-D, CTS-I, or relevant industry qualifications are a plus.
- Experience with construction site protocols and OSHA certification is an advantage.
