Working in this role as an Automotive Technician, you will:

As an Automotive Technician, you will be expected to:
- Occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds as required by specific vehicle repairs.
- Work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head and in tight spaces as dictated by the nature of the repair.
- Demonstrate manual dexterity for efficient use of hand tools and automotive equipment.
- Walk or stand for the majority of the workday while maintaining a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment.
- Operate manual transmission vehicles as needed.
- Utilize computer systems effectively to document repairs and access technical resources.
This Automotive Technician position is available to candidates who meet the required experience levels, ranging from entry-level Tire Tech/C Level (6 months–2 years of experience), B Level (2–7 years of experience), to A Level (7–10+ years of experience). Compensation aligns with your experience and expertise, and performance-based bonuses are available for high achievers.
