Duties & Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair various automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with other Automotive Technicians and service advisors to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding their vehicle’s condition and necessary repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of services and repairs performed.
- Uphold shop standards for safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Follow company protocols for ethical, transparent, and high-quality service delivery.
- Continuously update technical skills through company-provided training programs.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Ability to efficiently diagnose and repair a wide array of automotive issues.
- Experience working with diagnostic computers and repair tools.
- Good manual dexterity and physical capability to work with vehicles on lifts and in tight spaces.
- Ability to walk or stand for the majority of the workday and occasionally lift or move over 50 pounds.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate manual transmission vehicles.
- Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service and working collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to maintain a brisk pace in a high-volume shop environment.
- ASE certification preferred; willingness to obtain certification if not already held.
