Duties & Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair a variety of automotive systems, ensuring all work is performed to industry standards
- Collaborate with other Automotive Technician (ASE Certified) team members to deliver high-quality service
- Communicate transparently with customers about repair needs, processes, and recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions

- Effectively use diagnostic and repair tools, including computerized systems

Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician (ASE Certified), with varied experience levels welcomed (from entry-level Tire Tech/C Level to advanced A Level)
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills across multiple automotive systems
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Capability to navigate and utilize computerized diagnostic tools
- Physical ability to occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds
- Manual dexterity for working with automotive hand tools and equipment
- Comfortable working on vehicles lifted overhead and in tight spaces as needed
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Commitment to maintaining a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment
