Automotive Technician (ASE Certified) - SummaryAs an Automotive Technician (ASE Certified), you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of automotive systems. Duties & Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair automotive systems, including but not limited to engines, transmissions, braking systems, and electrical components.
- Collaborate with a team of skilled automotive professionals to achieve daily operational goals.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding the status, recommendations, and necessary repairs for their vehicles.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and repairs completed.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and technology to ensure precise and efficient repairs.
- Uphold safety and cleanliness standards within the service area and ensure compliance with company policies.

- Previous experience as an automotive technician or mechanic; varying levels of experience are welcomed (A, B, and C/Tire Tech levels).
- ASE certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification within a designated timeframe.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills related to automotive systems.
- Ability to efficiently navigate computer systems for diagnostics and record keeping.
- Physical ability to lift and move items over 50 pounds and perform repairs on vehicles lifted above head height.
- Comfortable working in tight spaces and maintaining a brisk pace in a high-volume shop environment.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork and customer service.
- Experienced and knowledgeable in a range of automotive repair and maintenance tasks.
