- Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or in a similar automotive service role
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a variety of automotive systems
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift and move items over 50 pounds as needed
- Comfortable working on vehicles raised above head level and in tight spaces
- Manual dexterity and stamina for extended periods of standing and tool use
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
