- Physical capability to occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds, work with vehicles lifted overhead, and operate in tight spaces as required by repairs.
- Dexterity and hand-eye coordination to efficiently use hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods during the workday.
- Competence in driving manual transmission vehicles.
- Basic computer skills for navigating repair documentation and service management systems.
