Automotive Technician – Summary
- Perform diagnostic and repair work on a wide range of vehicle systems, including engines, brakes, suspension, electrical, and HVAC.
- Collaborate with a skilled team to ensure timely, accurate, and safe repairs.
- Deliver transparent, high-quality customer service by communicating findings and recommendations clearly.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct multi-point inspections and diagnostics on various vehicle makes and models.
- Perform repairs ranging from routine maintenance to complex mechanical and electrical work.
- Work closely with service advisors and customers to explain repairs and build trust through transparency.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Stay current with automotive repair technology and participate in ongoing training programs.
- Support a positive team environment by sharing knowledge and assisting less experienced technicians when needed.
- Comply with all company policies and automotive industry standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Professional experience as an Automotive Technician (A, B, or C Level experience welcome).
- ASE certification or equivalent preferred.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle systems.
- Ability to operate diagnostic equipment, hand and power tools, and computer systems.
- Physical ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the day.
- Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull more than 50 pounds.
- Comfort working in varying environmental conditions typical of an automotive repair facility.
- Manual dexterity to operate tools and equipment safely.
- Ability to operate vehicles, including those with manual transmissions.
- Commitment to wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
