Duties & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical components
- Collaborate with a skilled and supportive team of technicians and service advisors
- Deliver transparent, high-quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and follow established safety procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation of repairs and services performed
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
- Work in a shop environment built on respect, communication, and continuous improvement
- Efficiently use computers and related diagnostic software

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience diagnosing and repairing automotive systems (experience levels from entry to advanced welcome)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to occasionally lift or move over 50 pounds
- Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above the head and in tight spaces as required by certain repairs
- Manual dexterity for efficient use of hand tools
- Capability to walk or stand for most of the workday
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Proficiency in using computers and diagnostic software
