IDR is seeking a Automation Tester to join one of our top clients for a fully remote opportunity. This role is within a government support project that focuses on application, infrastructure, and security support for health and social services programs. The organization is dedicated to modernization efforts and system enhancements to improve public service delivery.
Position Overview for the Automation Tester:
- Build automation frameworks and write/executing UI and API test scripts
- Utilize Selenium (Java) for test automation
- Develop and execute automated and manual test scripts
- Support modernization projects within the state department
- Work remotely on a project supporting state health and social services systems
Requirements for the Automation Tester:
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, QA methodologies, defect lifecycle, and testing principles
- Building automation frameworks and writing/executing UI and API test scripts
- Test automation using Selenium (Java)
- Test-Driven Development (TDD) for unit and automation scripts
- Good knowledge in manual test script writing and test script execution
