Automation Technician (Robotics, PLC) - Summary- Key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining industrial automation and robotics systems.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet customer needs and continuous improvement objectives.

- Lead and support Lean/Six Sigma initiatives aimed at process improvement and operational excellence.
- Provide ongoing support for existing automation technologies, including component upgrades and process enhancements.
- Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain a high standard of teamwork and communication.

- Associate's or Technical Degree in a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in the design and implementation of automated systems.
- Proficiency with CAD platforms such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD Electrical.
- Experience with controls platforms including RSLogix 5000, RSLogix 500, Codesys, and GX Works3.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and controls engineering principles, including safety standards and hazard assessment.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and quality management systems.
