Audit Manager CPA - Summary
- Lead and manage audit engagements for a variety of clients.
- Provide expertise in financial reporting, consulting, and specialized audit services.
- Serve as a resource for staff development and mentorship.
- Support business development by fostering client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Understand and adhere to the rules, regulations, and code of professional conduct of the AICPA.
- Oversee audit engagements, including planning, execution, and review of audit work.
- Provide on-the-job coaching and mentoring to audit staff, supporting their professional growth.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to senior managers and principals.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support business development and retention.
- Identify opportunities to offer additional services to existing clients.
- Assist with firm administrative functions and special projects as assigned by senior leadership.
- Special consideration given for expertise in governmental or employee benefit plan audits.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $110,000 - $135,000, commensurate with experience.
- Permanent, full-time employment with a standard Monday – Friday schedule.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or a related field in Business.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required.
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Four to six years of public accounting experience, preferably in audit roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in management, analysis, organization, and communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
