Associate Veterinarian DVM – Full-time in Tucson, AZ

Our thriving veterinary clinic in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a dedicated Associate Veterinarian DVM to join our team. As an Associate Veterinarian DVM, you will be an integral part of a collaborative, supportive, and well-equipped veterinary medical team, serving a diverse population of pets and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.
Our clinic is expanding and looking to add a second Associate Veterinarian DVM to work alongside our experienced Medical Director and support staff. You'll benefit from hands-on mentorship in surgical procedures, diagnostics, and all aspects of veterinary medicine. The clinic is fully staffed with a Medical Director, another associate veterinarian, multiple veterinary technicians, veterinary assistants, and kennel technicians, ensuring you have ample support and resources to deliver exceptional patient care. With a patient caseload averaging 15-20 cases per day and a full support staff (with three technicians per doctor), you’ll be able to focus on clinical excellence and client communication.
We value work-life balance and offer a flexible schedule, including options for 4x10-hour or 5x8-hour shifts and rotating Saturdays. Our clinic hours are Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, providing you with the flexibility to choose the schedule that best suits your lifestyle. You will also have the chance to participate in continuing education, with reimbursement for courses and memberships, and access to in-house training opportunities like ultrasound and other CE programs.

- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution
- Active Arizona veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain)
- DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Willingness to perform and learn surgical procedures
- One or more years of clinical experience preferred (new graduates welcome with mentorship available)
