Associate Medical Director, Primary Care (MD/DO) - Summary
- Leadership role within a mission-driven, physician-led primary care organization serving seniors

- Oversee clinical operations, provider teams, and patient care for a senior population with complex needs
- Full-time position located in Deerfield Beach, FL
Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor primary care physicians (PCPs) and nurse practitioners (NPs) to ensure delivery of high-quality, value-based care
- Manage a small patient panel of up to 250 patients, primarily seniors with multiple chronic conditions
- Lead center operations, including participation in Medical Director and Center Operations training
- Implement and support organization-wide initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Participate in leadership training, including PCP Black Belt Training, Leadership Pathways Program, and Medical Economics
- Collaborate with in-house consulting specialists such as cardiology and podiatry, as well as holistic health service providers
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects the organization's mission and values

Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) with board certification or board eligibility in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting
- Demonstrated leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally as needed
- Bilingual (Spanish) skills preferred but not required
