Associate Medical Director, Primary Care (MD/DO) - Summary
- Lead and mentor primary care physicians across multiple clinics

Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical operations in 3-5 clinics within the St. Louis market
- Provide direct patient care as needed, especially during clinic openings or staffing transitions
- Mentor, coach, and support primary care providers to enhance clinical quality and professional growth
- Collaborate with executive and operational leadership to set organizational goals
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and compliance measures
- Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives, including HEDIS measures and utilization management
- Support network development, specialty referrals, and case management
- Promote patient engagement and community outreach efforts
- Ensure a collaborative environment that aligns with the organization’s mission and values

Qualifications & Requirements
- MD or DO degree required
- Board certification in Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM); Geriatrics a plus
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in value-based care (VBC) or managed care preferred
- Strong ability to mentor and coach clinical teams
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel among clinics as necessary within the St. Louis market
