- Participate in Center Medical Director Training, including leadership development and operational management

- MD or DO degree in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting; leadership experience preferred
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally as needed
- Experienced primary care physician with a passion for senior healthcare
- Proven track record in clinical leadership or a strong interest in developing these skills
