Assistant Restaurant Manager - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing all areas of front- and back-of-house operations to maintain high service and quality standards
- Lead, coach, and motivate hourly team members to achieve performance goals and deliver consistent, exceptional guest service
- Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing staff training to develop a skilled, engaged team
- Manage inventory controls, support accurate ordering, and minimize waste to ensure cost-effective operations
- Contribute to the development of staff schedules and effective labor management to align with business needs
- Address guest feedback and resolve issues professionally to ensure a positive dining experience for every customer

- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in full-service, casual dining, or quick service restaurant (QSR) management
